Daytime Drop In and Support Center

Filling the Gap and Meeting Basic Needs
Located in our Ravenswood office, the Daytime Supportive Services Center provides a safe and welcoming space for adults experiencing homelessness. Visitors can access essentials like clothing, personal hygiene kits, and food. Case managers also help people complete housing applications, connect with temporary shelter, and receive referrals for medical or mental health care.
A Place to Reconnect and Rebuild
Our drop-in center is more than a place to meet basic needs. It’s where people can take a breath, feel supported, and begin rebuilding stability in their lives. Clients can meet one-on-one with case managers to set goals, explore housing options, and address barriers that have kept them from finding long-term stability. For many, it’s the first step toward permanent housing and renewed confidence.

From Drop In to Move In
Nearly 300 adults visit our drop-in center each year to access food, hygiene kits, clothing, and supportive case management. As more people turn to us for help, our team continues to guide them toward stability and permanent housing. With community support, our housing navigators help one person secure more stable housing every three days, providing the resources and relationships needed to move from crisis to a place to call home.
