Donate in memory of a loved one and help change to continue their legacy. It can be a source of encourgement to celebrate the life of a loved one by making a donation to North Side in their memory, or by asking for donations to be made as an alternative to cards and flowers at a funeral or memorial service. The money you donate will go towards paying for the basic needs of food, clothing and shelter, or other supportive services such as health care and employment services, for men who are homeless.

In FY2009, North Side served 233 men who were homeless in its emergency, overnight shelter and 44 in its permanent supportive housing units. Additionally, the community food pantry provided 22,885 meals for agency program participants and eligible members of the community. This is helping a small fraction of the men and women who end up homeless in Chicago daily, but we are dedicated to our mission of ending homelessness, and with your support this is obtainable. In FY2009, North Side spent over $100,000 to operate its emergency, overnight shelter, nearly $300,000 to operate the permanent supportive housing program, and hundreds more for administration and supportive services.
